TanishaMurden is CEO and Founder of Unique Stories INC., author of Success: Are You Ready To Get Uncomfortable To Get Comfortable To Walk Into Your Purpose, and Co-Author of “Global Shutdown: Dismantling The Effects of COVID- 19 and manager of DaMiXx Live DC, Tanisha Murden is a Washingtonian who wears many hats. She is a mother of one; and known to be a mentor of many. She received her official Transformative Life Coaches and Healing Leader Certification in 2022 and is currently pursuing further education.


Tanisha Murden is Human Trafficking Survivor, Domestic Violence Survivor, and has overcome abandonment, sexual abuse, kidnapping, molestation, rape, fatherlessness, physical abuse, mental abuse and incarceration. Being incarcerated is where she started to love the woman she was becoming.


Tanisha's mission is to be a global leader in breaking the cycle of generational behavior and generational curses by identifying and addressing the root cause of unhealed trauma in her community. Her goal is to educate, advocate, and bridge the gaps by creating a safe space for leaders, family and community to heal and grow.


Tanisha Murden was awarded by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, Mayor’s Office of Returning Citizen Affairs, Reynolds and Associates Inc, for The Office of Returning Citizen Affairs Outreach Team and Volunteer Services rendered at ”The Fairview'', and in 2016 she was appointed as Co-Chairman on DC commission on Reentry and Returning Citizen Affairs where she served two year term.
